A little bit about us ... and why
you should rent from us !
We are a Southern family. Most of us live
in Alabama ... with a few others spread around the South. We are a
Christian family and always strive to operate our units on
Christian principles. Pictured below are a few of
us at Sugar Beach
Condominiums in Orange Beach, Alabama. We are
sorry to report that we lost Kay Taylor (front row, green
shirt, wearing hat) in May-2004 to cancer. Kay
enjoyed serving our condo guests, and she was a spiritual
mentor to many. We are happy to report, however, that
she now resides in a better place!

Okay, so our family isn't
going to win any beauty contests. However, let us tell you why
you should rent a beach condo from us:
- Lower Prices
than most - primarily because we don't have to pay rental
company commissions.
- Specials
Year-round ! (even in the Summer)
- Better Maintained Units - if something is broken,
damaged, missing or simply not the way it should be, we
do our best to correct the problem immediately. We personally stay in our units and have out-of-town friends and relatives
visiting often. We want everything to be just right and
request/expect constructive feedback !
- Direct Involvement
- we manage our own units as residents of Gulf Shores.
We
are not out-of-town owners. We
personally, not an employee or representative, inspect each
unit before and after every rental.
- We do not charge
the typical "Add On Fees" - Almost all rental
companies charge a $15.00 to $35.00 processing or key fee.
We don't do it !! Some condominium properties do require and
charge for parking permits. If applicable, we only charge
you the actual cost ... not marked up.

- You will be given our home/work/cell phone numbers in
Gulf Shores in case you need to contact us locally.
