- Sugar Beach – $20/each. We will provide your vehicle pass(es) and add the applicable cost to your rental fee.. Vehicle passes maybe limited, based on time of year, to one per each Efficiency and/or 1-Bedroom rented and two passes per each rental unit larger than 2-Bedrooms.
- Island Winds East & West – $20/each. We will provide your vehicle pass(es) and add the applicable cost to your rental fee.

- SMOKING POLICY: All of our condos are designated Non-Smoking. Smoking is not permitted.
- If you smoke in our units you will be charged a minimum $500 disinfection fee to cover new drapes, carpet, paint and furniture!
- PET POLICY: Although we personally love pets and are pet owners ourselves, the Homeowners Associations do not allow pets in the complexes where our units are located.
- OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Check-in Time is 3:00pm. Check-out Time is 11:00am.
- Holiday Weekends have a 3-night minimum.
