Beach - $20/each. We will provide your vehicle
pass(es) and add the applicable cost to your rental fee.. Vehicle passes maybe limited, based on time
of year, to one per each Efficiency and/or 1-Bedroom
rented and two passes per each rental unit larger than
2-Bedrooms.

Winds East/West - $20/each. We will provide your
vehicle pass(es) and add the applicable cost to your
rental fee.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of
$100.00 is due within 5 days of making your reservation.
We do accept a Visa or
MasterCard as a security deposit, if you prefer, to
immediately confirm your reservation.

SMOKING POLICY: All of our condos are
designated Non-Smoking. Smoking is not permitted.

If you smoke in our units
you will be charged a minimum $500 disinfection fee to
cover new drapes, carpet, paint and furniture!

PET
POLICY: Although we
personally love pets and are pet owners ourselves, the Homeowners Associations do not
allow pets in the complexes where our units are located.
