Condo-types available:

  •  Efficiency - the best way to describe an Efficiency is to think of a standard size ,otel room - now add to that a full size kitchen, normal size bathroom, and your own private balcony.  Inside the ONE room is a queen bed and queen hide-a-bed sofa.  So, the unit will sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably and is the budget-friendly way to enjoy a beach vacation.  We, however, do not typically recommend these units for 4 adults traveling together simply because of the lack of privacy and space.
  •  Efficiency Beachview - Same as above description but includes a limited side-view of the beach from the unit's balcony.
  •  One Bedroom / Two Bath - Sleeps up to 6; Townhouse-style.  Upstairs is a bedroom and full bath arranged to sleep 4 persons (queen bed and futon or pair of trundle beds).  Downstairs is the living room with a hide-a-bed sofa for 2 persons plus another full bath.  The unit obviously includes a full kitchen and balcony (no view of Gulf from balcony).  These units were designed for 2 adults and up to 4 children.
  •  One Bedroom / Two Bath BEACHFRONT - Same as above description but includes a balcony overlooking the beach and gulf.
  •  Two Bedroom / Two Bath - Sleeps 6.  Queen bed in each room plus hide-a-bed in living room.  The unit obviously includes a full kitchen and balcony (no view of Gulf from balcony).

Directions    
 
The Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area is easily accessed by vehicle on Hwy-59 South (also known as Gulf Shores Parkway) off Interstate-10. Almost the entire southeastern United States can reach the coastal area of Alabama in less than a days drive. As for flying, both Mobile and Pensacola offer major airline service.

Note, the new "Foley Express" (a toll road to the beach) has opened up as an alternative to taking Hwy-59 pass Foley, Alabama.  During peak season and crowded holiday periods,the toll road can be a good alternative.   But typically, we recommend saving the $2.00 and staying on Hwy-59.

To Sugar Beach in Orange Beach, Alabama - Take Hwy-59 South to Beach Blvd. Go East (Left) on Beach Blvd. (Hwy 182) approximately 3.5 miles to mile marker #10. Sugar Beach is one of the first properties on the beachside of the road (on your Right) upon entering Orange Beach ... just past Gulf State Park. The facility is a low-rise, 3-story, building located on 4.5 acres of prime beachfront property.
