"Heck yeah we had fun-n-stuff ! A seagull pooped on my friend ... it was hilarious.  A couple of us tried to drown in the ocean cause the waves were so big.  We ate seafood until we were sick ... okay ... okay ... okay ... we had maybe a few brews to help wash the seafood down.  Lambert's for country food was also awesome.  This condo is cool.  We're coming back in June for a month if you will rent to us again !  P.S. Eric washed dishes if you find any broken !"

FYI - Our Response:  We are very hesitant to rent to un-chaperoned youth, especially those seeming to want to 'sow wild oats'.  We prefer milder & quieter type guests, but for some reason, we gave these college kids a chance.  Although they were not our typical tenant, it sounds like they had fun, and we don't remember them causing any problems.

"Thanks so much for the week.  We were referred to you by our friends.  They were right, your units are better than the rest.  We had a great time.  We had 6 kids (ages 20 months to 11 years) with only 2 mamas ... left the dads at home ... what were we thinking ?  The kids especially loved the 'Dippin Dots' right across the street.  I think we spent more on ice cream during the week than we did for your unit.  We plan on returning to Sugar Beach one day ... but next time without kids !"
